When you book services of a service provider through us, you have the flexibility to make payments via the portal or directly to the service provider. If you choose to make payments through EasyDMC.com, the specified rates and taxes including but not limited to 5% gst, remittance fee of USD 30 and service charge will be applicable.
The rates on this website are applicable only if the reservation was made through us. These rates are not available directly at the hotel.

We also do not take responsibility for processing of refunds or credit notes post cancellation.
